Manage teams and track player development

Create and Manage Teams
Start by creating teams for your different age groups or skill levels
- Navigate to Teams from the sidebar
- Click "Add New Team" and enter team details (name, age group, season)
- Teams help you organize players and track progress by group
- You can edit or archive teams at any time

Register Players
Add players to your roster and assign them to teams
- Go to Players and click "Add New Player"
- Enter player information: name, date of birth, jersey number, position
- Assign the player to a team from the dropdown
- Players can be moved between teams or updated anytime

Conduct Skill Assessments
Evaluate players across 9 key soccer skill categories
- Click Assessment from the sidebar or player profile
- Select a player and rate them on 9 skills: Ball Control, Passing, Receiving, Dribbling, Transitions, Attacking, Defending, Scanning, and Game Quotient
- Use the 3-level rating system: Low, Medium, High
- Add optional notes about the player's performance and areas for improvement
- AI will generate personalized training recommendations based on the assessment

Invite Parents
Give parents access to their child's progress and assessments
- Navigate to Parent Invitations or open a player's profile
- Click "Invite Parent" and enter the parent's email or phone number
- Parents receive an invitation link via email or SMS
- Once accepted, parents can view their child's assessments, progress charts, and coach notes

Monitor Progress Over Time
Use analytics and comparison tools to track development
- View individual player profiles to see assessment history and progress charts
- Use Compare Players to evaluate 2-4 players side-by-side
- Track team-wide statistics from the Dashboard
- Regular assessments help identify improvement trends

Accept Your Coach's Invitation
Get started by accepting the invitation from your child's coach
- Check your email or SMS for an invitation link from your coach
- Click the link to open the invitation page
- Sign in with your existing account or create a new one
- Your account will be automatically linked to your child's profile

View Assessments and Progress
Access your child's skill assessments and development tracking
- Log in anytime to view your child's latest assessments
- See skill ratings across 9 categories with color-coded levels
- Read coach notes and observations from each assessment
- View AI-generated training recommendations tailored to your child

Monitor Long-Term Development
Track how your child's skills improve over time
- View progress charts showing skill development over multiple assessments
- Compare current skills to previous assessments to identify strengths
- Use coach notes to understand specific areas of focus
- Celebrate improvements and discuss development with your child
